Making a purchase on this website is made as simple as possible. If you are unsure about any aspect of this site please do not hesitate to contact us for any advice you require. We always welcome our customers thoughts and feedback on our service, so we can offer the best service to you. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
After placing an online order you shall receive a confirmation email, and a further email the day your order is ready for dispatch so you can expect delivery the next working day. We can not give set delivery times for standard next day deliveries, however if necessary we can upgrade the order to an AM delivery at extra cost, It is possible for us to deliver to a different address if this helps.
Description of Goods
All descriptions and images on our website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description to you the customer of the goods and are not subject to a guarantee of accuracy. Contact Allwood Products to check any detailed specifications.
Most UK mainland orders are sent on a next working day delivery, Monday to Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays. To arrange a Saturday delivery please contact us to discuss additional charges. The majority of deliveries are sent by Parcelforce who offer Order Tracking, Accurate Delivery Date and Email Notification. When goods are ready for dispatch you will receive an email to let you know that your order has been sent so you can expect delivery the next working day, when you receive your order a signature will be required for proof of delivery. It is always helpful to select a delivery address that you know someone can take receipt of your order. Information given by you the customer : example leave in shed, or porch etc, leave with neighbour is at you the customers own risk, and is at the drivers own discretion.
Royal Mail Service
For small non urgent orders where applicable (under 2KG) we will send via Royal Mail 1st class recorded. (No Tracking)
Please note we cannot deliver to PO Box Addresses.
We Endeavour to process and dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days or earlier, however on a few occasions we may be unable to meet these timescales, depending on stock availability, made to order items and also your engraving requirements. If this is the case we will contact you in advance to advise you of the anticipated delivery date. If artwork is involved the dispatch time will be quoted from acceptance of the final proof. For urgent orders please contact us immediately and we will do our best to meet your delivery schedule whenever possible.
We can accept credit/debit card payments displaying the Visa, Master Card and Maestro logo. To make a purchase on this website using any of the listed cards click the "Checkout" button in the shopping basket. When you place an order on this website your transaction is delt with direct using Sage Pay’s systems, to keep you personal details totaly secure. Please note we cannot accept American Express.
All prices on this website include V.A.T., at current rate.

Trade Customers Deliveries
If you have applied for and been given access to our trade only area, once you have placed your order online we will contact you as soon as we know the delivery charge, this way we can offer you the most competitive price based on size and weight of your order. If you would like more information on trade delivery costs then please feel free to contact us.
Non UK Mainland : Some more remote parts of the UK and the Republic of Ireland that are more difficult and expensive to reach will incur a small surcharge when you order and you may have to wait a little longer for your order to arrive.

Scottish Highlands & Islands KA27 - KA28, PA20 - PA49, PA60 - PA78, PH17 - PH26, PH30 - PH44, PH49 - PH50 and all HS, IV, KW, ZE, together with all other offshore addresses eg Northern Ireland BT, Republic of Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, All GY, JE, IM, and TR21-25, PO30-PO41 Postcodes. All other delivery destinations Please contact us.
Receipt of Goods
Orders must be checked on receipt of goods against delivery note/invoice. Damaged or incomplete consignments should be notified immediately. Visual damage to boxes should be signed for appropriately. (Packaging Damaged, Goods not inspected).

Unwanted items can be returned as long as sent back in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, if returned within 14 days of purchase, starting the date after the day of delivery for a full refund or credit, excluding original delivery costs. You as the customer will be responsible for the cost of postage in returning unwanted items. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and use a reputable courier or Royal mail using recorded delivery. Please ensure returned goods are packaged appropriately to stop damages in transit. Allwood Products will not be held responsable for goods that have been returned damaged.
Remember that bespoke items made to customer requirements and engraved items cannot be returned unless faulty. If you find we have made an error with your order ie faulty, incorrect or damaged you need to contact us immediately and it will be rectified to your satisfaction as quickly as possible. A full refund of the full invoice cost will be issued once we have received your goods, Allwood Products will meet the cost of return, you must contact us first before returning any items.
