Making a purchase in this website is made as simple as possible. If you are unsure about any aspect of the site please do not hesitate to contact us for any advice you require. We always welcome our customers thoughts on our service, so we can offer the best service to you.
After placing an online order you shall receive a confirmation email, and a further email the day your order is ready for dispatch so you can expect delivery the next working day during business hours. We can not give set delivery times for standard next day deliveries, however if necessary we can upgrade the order to an AM delivery at extra cost. It is possible for us to deliver to a different address if this helps. Delivery times for engraved items normally 5 working days, non engraved items can be 2-4 working days, all depending on stock availability.
In the event of an item being out of stock we will contact you immediately so you can decide whether you want to wait or be refunded. Please advise us if you're order is needed urgently we will always do our utmost to help.
All prices on this website include V.A.T., at current rate.
We can accept cheque or debit/credit card payments, cheques are subject to clearance before dispatch of goods. We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Master card, Maestro and JCB, unfortunately we cannot accept American Express. When you place an order on this website the details are encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates from Sage Pay’s systems. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.

Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Scilly. Please contact us with your full order details and delivery address for a no obligation shipping quote. We find the simplest way of sending out orders to these destinations and the fairest, is for the customer to send us details of the order direct via email, and not by placing an order online. That way we can take the weight of the order and find the most cost effective way to send it, Royal Mail for example (small orders) and Parcel-force can handle larger deliveries. Then we can simply take payment via credit or debit card over the phone, keeping delivery costs to a minimum.

KA27 - KA28, PA20 - PA49, PA60 - PA78, PH17 - PH26, PH30 - PH44, PH49 - PH50 and all HS, IV, KW, ZE, together with all other offshore addresses eg Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Isles of Scilly.

Once your order is received by Allwood Products, we will aim to dispatch non engraved items in 2-5 working days, for engraved items please allow up to 7 days, if your order is required urgently then please let us now immediately, and if we find a problem with the order such as an out of stock item we will contact you at once. Times stated are a guide line only, we always aim to despatch orders as soon as possible depending on work load at that paticular time.
Some items are made to order and will state this on the appropriate pages, such as golf boards etc please allow 14-21 days. All UK mainland orders are sent on a next day delivery, excluding Scottish Highlands and all offshore addresses. A signature will be required in all cases, "so we can see who received it if there is a problem" If you are unable to sign for the order at the invoice address we suggest that you nominate an alternate address for delivery. Deliveries will be made between Monday and Friday, (Saturday deliveries by arrangement only).
If the delivery driver finds nobody at the given address, in such cases the customer will be left a card wherever possible stating the details of the delivery, you will be entitled to one re-delivery after this a surcharge will be implemented or the goods returned to Allwood Products this is at the carriers discretion. Information given for delivery by the customer ie: please leave in shed or porch greenhouse etc is at the customers own risk, and is at the drivers own discretion.

If your order should be delayed for any reason we will contact you immediately by email or telephone.
Returns can be made as long as sent back in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, if returned within 14 days, for a full refund of the full invoice. Bespoke items made to customer requirements and engraved items cannot be returned unless faulty. If you find we have made an error with your order you need to contact us immediately and it will be rectified to your satisfaction as quickly as possible. In the event of shortages or goods arriving in a damaged or imperfect way, delivery costs will be reimbursed. In the case of damages documentation from the delivery driver must be signed for appropriately ( Packaging Damaged - Goods not inspected ). A full refund will be issued once we have received your goods, you must contact us first before returning any unwanted items, you as the customer will be responsible for the cost of postage in returning unwanted goods.
