To place an order please email  with your full contact details including invoice and delivery address if different and also a contact telephone number together with your order requirements, and we will confirm our available stock levels. Once you have confirmed that you wish to proceed with your order. We will send you a Pro-forma invoice for you to make payment by direct bank transfer using our details provided on our invoice.


Deliveries are made by courier service who can offer a track / trace and email notification to help your delivery get to you quicker. All orders are sent on a next working day delivery, Mon - Fri during business hours excluding bank holidays. A signature will be required for proof of delivery.


Delivery costs are based on size and weight of order. Please email with your order requirements for a delivery quote.


When goods are ready for dispatch you will receive an email to let you know that your order has been sent so you can expect delivery the next working day, It is always helpful to select a delivery address that you know someone can take receipt of your order. Information given by you the customer, example leave in shed, or porch etc, leave with neighbour is at you the customers own risk, and is at the drivers own discretion.



Delivery costs are based on the size & weight of order, prices start from £15.00 plus Vat to cover the cost of one box.

Non personalised items may be returned as long as sent back in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, excluding original delivery costs, if returned within 14 days of purchase, starting the date after the day of delivery for a full refund or credit of the goods value. You the customer will be responsible for the cost of postage on returned items. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and use a reputable courier using sign for delivery. Please ensure returned goods are packaged appropriately to stop damages. Allwood Products will not be held responsible for goods that have been returned damaged. Personalised or Bespoke items cannot be returned unless you find an error or the item is faulty. If you find an error with your order,  you need to contact us within 14 days and it will be rectified to your satisfaction as quickly as possible. A refund of the full invoice value including delivery will be issued once we have received your goods, you must contact us first before returning any items. We may ask for photographs to be sent via email to let us see what is damaged.
